The Human Resources Summer Hire applies their educational experience in a real world setting with Taco’s Human Resources team. They support the HR department in various tasks and projects aimed at optimizing organizational processes related to employee management and development. This role offers hands-on experience in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations. This role will require confidentiality and the ability to remain neutral. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with Human Resources functions, including Employee Relations, Benefits and Talent Management.
