About The Position

Mission-driven non-profit in southern Marin is seeking an experienced, compliance-minded Human Resources professional for a month long, full-time, project updating and streamlining their HR department processes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Generalist role or higher, and able to manage multiple high priority tasks concurrently.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years recent HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, or equivalent work experience
• Able to set and consistently meet deadlines
• Collaborative and team-oriented mind set

Responsibilities

• HRIS system optimization
• Employee performance evaluation, personnel investigation process redesign
• General process implementation and workflow improvement
• Other projects as they are identified
