Responsibilities The Human Resources Specialist provides administrative services across all HR disciplines. This role is responsible for representing the Human Resources Department professionally by answering incoming calls and properly routing them while also greeting and assisting Team Members, applicants, and vendors. Additionally, this role provides assistance with a wide range of projects and coordination of activities that will require the ability to work with minimal supervision, while ensuring a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality to comply with applicable laws and policies.
