Job Summary: To devise, organize, and coordinate everything related to the employees within our organization and overall workplace. This includes: on-boarding, off-boarding, compliance with regulatory requirements, fringe benefit management, and statistical HR reporting for Havenwood Care Center. Assists in strategizing and implementing employee retention efforts, analyzing turnover trends, and recruiting qualified talent for appropriate departments. On-site/in-person position.
