The position is located in the Staffing Services Division, which is responsible for Judiciary-wide recruitment, certification (referral), placement, and examination activities, as well as coordinating major special projects and providing recruitment support for exempt positions. The position conducts examination and selection activities, including reviewing applications for qualifications and suitability, conducting suitability investigations, administering criminal history checks and post-offer clearances, and preparing related reports. It contributes to improving selection methods and provides training and guidance to interview panels and staff involved in the examination and hiring processes. The position also serves as a team leader and supports the division chief in strategic workforce planning, focusing on researching, planning, coordinating, and overseeing current and future innovation projects and partnerships. The role evaluates outcomes, recommends improvements, provides supervision to human resources staff and guidance to program supervisors and administrators on best practices that strengthen workforce and staffing operations.
