The Human Resources Specialist – Recruiting, manages GDC’s internal hiring process, from sourcing candidates (using job boards, social media, referrals) to screening, interviewing, making offers, and ensuring a great candidate experience, all while collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand needs and build talent pipelines for various internal roles. They act as an extension of the HR team, developing strategy, managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and focusing on building GDC’s brand to attract top talent.
