Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 1+ years of related experience.
  • Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with HR Integrations Lead to prepare employment letters for newly acquired employees.
  • Maintain acquired company turnover data for prep of monthly Human Capital Report.
  • Assist with on and off boarding of employees at acquired companies as needed.
  • Provide assistance with bi-weekly preparation for payroll processing as needed.
  • Collect and keep track of various required documents from employees of acquired companies (phone stipends, benefits enrollment forms, beneficiary forms, confidentiality agreements, company manual, etc.).
  • Attend integration meetings as needed.
  • Serve as the go-to person for HR Integrations when HR Integrations Lead is traveling or unavailable.
  • Update Task tracker as needed.
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
  • Field HR inquiries/questions from employees. Elevate issues to the HR Operations Team as necessary.
  • Responsible for the full cycle on-boarding process for new hires, including pre-hire communication, orientation and follow up on new hire surveys.
  • Work closely with the HR Operations Team to communicate all employment status changes, leaves of absence, promotions, etc. ensuring accuracy of data in HRIS and payroll.
  • Communicate effectively with employees and managers to assist with HR related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Knowledge and Learning Team on employee training requests and programs.
  • Perform, or assist with, regular data integrity audits, regulatory reporting, compliance reviews and report on findings.
  • Special projects and other related tasks as assigned.
