Human Resources Representative - Temporary Position
About The Position
Quanex is seeking a temporary Human Resources Representative to join their team in St. Cloud, Minnesota. This role offers a chance to gain experience in the HR field, supporting local employees and HR team members. The representative will be responsible for various HR tasks including leave administration, employee relations, employee engagement, documentation, recruitment support, and general office duties. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of Human Resources experience
- Experience with Leave of Absences, FMLA, and PFML
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day HR tasks, including filing documents, employee relations, attendance tracking, etc.
- Create and manage employee files within our HR system.
- Perform and complete exit interviews, new hire check-ins, and stay interviews.
- Participate in local recruitment process.
- Responsible for leave administration.
- Responsible for employee relations.
- Responsible for employee engagement.
- Responsible for documentation.
- Responsible for recruitment support.
- Responsible for general office duties.
