Human Resources Representative - Temporary Position
About The Position
Quanex is seeking a temporary Human Resources Representative to support local employees and HR team members in St. Cloud, Minnesota. This role offers an opportunity to expand experience and knowledge within the HR field. Responsibilities include leave administration, employee relations, employee engagement, documentation, recruitment support, and general office duties. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of Human Resources experience, preferred
- Experience with Leave of Absences, FMLA, and PFML, preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day HR tasks, including filing documents, employee relations, attendance tracking, etc.
- Create and manage employee files within our HR system.
- Perform and complete exit interviews, new hire check-ins, and stay interviews.
- Participate in local recruitment process.
