About The Position

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates who meet organizational needs Essential Duties and Responsibilities All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products. Duties and responsibilities for our Human Resources Recruiter include, but is not limited to: Full lifecycle recruitment for projects across the USA. Proactively source and recruit technical, engineering, and sales talent for projects across the USA. Build and maintain strong partnerships with operations, project leadership, and procurement teams to deliver end-to-end recruitment aligned with resource plans Develop robust talent pools and succession pipelines to meet future business needs. Conduct research and provide the HR Manager with market insights and talent intelligence in key strategic areas. Prepare and deliver monthly recruitment key performance indicator (KPI) reports to the HR Manager. Support the technical induction process, ensuring new hires receive the necessary training to become productive quickly. Drive an inclusive recruitment strategy, ensuring outreach to talented individuals from diverse backgrounds. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout their recruitment journey and broaden employee experience. Representing the organization at talent attraction events to increase awareness of available opportunities. Organize and run assessment centers for large-scale recruitment campaigns. Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to build effective one-on-one relationships. Utilize HR systems and databases to manage and monitor records of prospective and current talent. Network within the industry to stay informed on competitive practices and provide input into the overall resourcing strategy. Collaborate with regional, national, and international teams to support effective talent acquisition. Partner with Beck & Pollitzer business units globally to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery for customers. Work closely with HR and Operations Support teams to drive employee development and retention initiatives for Clarkson Industrial colleagues. Support a centralized procurement approach across the organization. Foster effective communication with marketing and business development teams to align efforts and promote organizational goals. Champion a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement by embodying Clarkson Industrial’s core values. Collaborate with all Beck & Pollitzer Industrial business units nationwide to ensure consistent and effective project resourcing. Perform general HR activities and provide support as needed to meet organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience in a similar environment is required.
  • Proven recruitment experience within mechanical engineering, installations, commissioning, technical sales, and related supply chain roles.
  • Expertise in recruiting craft-level talent and craft supervision.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the installations industry, including its various roles and responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, assessment, and induction techniques.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific training and competency frameworks.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a passion for research and data-driven decision-making.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
  • Proficiency in report writing and creating engaging job advertisements.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities combined with a keen commercial mindset.
  • Confident presentation skills to engage and inform stakeholders.
  • Creative and resourceful approach to sourcing candidates with up-to-date knowledge of innovative recruitment methodologies.
