We are seeking an HR Recruiter who will be a key partner in shaping our workforce by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. The role will help deliver a seamless, high‑quality hiring experience for both candidates and internal leaders, ensuring every interaction reflects our values. This role is ideal for individuals with recruiting or HR support experience who enjoy building meaningful relationships, improving processes, and creating a positive and exceptional welcoming experience.

Requirements

  • 1 + years of relevant Human Resources support experience, education in a related field, or HR certification.
  • Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and overall fit.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Professional negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to take initiative.
  • Strong time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and hiring best practices.
  • Ability to quickly learn applicant‑tracking and HR technology systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with department managers to draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identify and implement effective recruiting methods based on role type, industry standards, and organizational needs.
  • Assist with job postings, advertisements, and sourcing activities.
  • Screen applications and identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and prepare interview questions and selection materials.
  • Coordinate and participate in interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Support the offer process by recommending salary ranges, start dates, and hiring details.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Attend and participate in job fairs, community hiring events, and campus recruiting.
  • Educate and coach leaders on recruitment workflows and hiring best practices.
  • Manage the recruitment module within the HRIS platform.
  • Assist with onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement initiatives.
