Willow Glen Capital is seeking a Human Resources Professional with at least 3 years of HR experience and a genuine passion for one or more areas within the HR field. Whether your strengths lie in payroll and benefits, recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, compliance, or another HR domain, we have meaningful work that aligns with your skill set. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment, communicates proactively, and enjoys contributing to shared goals. Because of our size and scope, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a tight-knit team while supporting multiple companies across industries. The position will begin primarily onsite in Wheeling, WV to ensure strong integration with the team and portfolio companies. Following successful onboarding and demonstrated capability, the role may transition to hybrid or fully remote, depending on business needs and individual performance.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support or lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Enhance the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Assist with performance management cycles and documentation
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and policy updates
  • Support compliance initiatives and help ensure consistency across companies
  • Contribute to process improvements and workflow optimization
  • Assist with or manage payroll and benefits administration
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and support reporting needs
  • Provide employees with responsive and accurate benefits support
  • Draft clear, professional internal communications
  • Assist managers and employees with day-to-day HR questions
  • Support a positive, collaborative, people-centered work environment
