OK Department of Veterans Affairs 2132 NE 36th St Oklahoma City, OK 73111 Annual Salary: $65,000.00 Job Summary The Human Resources & Payroll Specialist provides administrative and technical support for human resources and payroll functions. This position assists with employee lifecycle activities such as recruiting, onboarding, background checks, time and attendance, and payroll processing. The Specialist helps ensure employee information, payroll data, and personnel records are accurate and up to date, supports routine payroll and deduction processing. The Specialist ensures accurate and compliant processing of garnishments, on-demand and supplemental payments, deductions, payroll reporting, and the scanning, maintenance, and retention of personnel files while providing timely customer service to employees and managers.
