The Human Resources Payroll Specialist works with the HR Manager and Human Resource Generalist to develop and execute practices that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture; emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, accountability, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. This position requires complete confidentiality of employee information and predominantly focuses on payroll and benefits administration, while also being cross trained on all human resource functions.
