The Human Resources Specialist - Engagement supports the development and implementation of programs and initiatives that enhance the employee experience across the County and across the employee life cycle. This role is responsible for delivering hands-on support for onboarding, performance management, and training initiatives, ensuring consistent, equitable, and engaging experience for all employees. Working as part of the Employee Engagement Division, the Human Resource Specialist partners with departments to improve communication, drive participation in County programs, and sustain a culture of learning and accountability.
