Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Human Resources Payroll and Benefits Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the organization’s payroll, benefits, employee accommodations and leaves. This position is a pivotal member of our People Operations team and will provide support for all human resources functions as necessary. This position serves as the primary contact for staff benefit inquiries, coordinates with third-party administrators, and ensures accurate and compliant administration of benefit programs, payroll support and employee support processes. The Specialist will partner with HR leadership, payroll and external vendors to maintain seamless HR operations, improve internal processes and provide excellent service to employees across the organization.
