This position works closely with the Human Resources Manager to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient HR and payroll processes across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. As the organization continues to grow, this role will also support recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and other HR functions to ensure a positive and consistent employee experience.
