  • Supported critical HR functions such as DOT compliance, anniversary awards, job profile updates, and benefit plan enrollments.
  • Partnered with Payroll to ensure accurate time and attendance data prior to closing cycles.
  • Maintained detailed case documentation for seamless handoffs and compliance audits.
  • Educated employees and leaders on HR policies and self-service tools, reducing dependency on manual processes.
  • Created and updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and consistency across HR operations.
  • Participated in audits and special projects, contributing to process enhancements and compliance initiatives.
