This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations (manufacturing) while supporting the North American Operations (Manufacturing) team. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable in a dynamic, plant-based environment and eager to develop as an HR generalist.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a four-year degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field with an expected graduation between December 2026 and Summer 2027; minimum 2.8 GPA
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Interns must have their own reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Flexible to relocate to ADM site for the summer.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required.
  • Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2026.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HR systems or metrics is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, training, and compliance with labor laws
  • Support employee assessments and maintain updated welcome and onboarding documentation
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to wages, benefits, time tracking, and company policies
  • Maintain and organize HR files to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
