Kimley-Horn is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Project Administrator to join our Warrenville, Illinois (IL) office on their HR team! This is not a remote position. Requirements

  • Excellent task management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to proactively prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments concurrently
  • Work individually and within a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee labor law poster program, anti-harassment audits, and support annual retraining initiatives
  • Assist with handbook revisions and maintenance of policies and guides
  • Coordinate CPR training and manage AED and fire extinguisher maintenance program
  • Support and ensure program compliance for various safety-related programs, such as annual safety inspections, evacuation plans, OSHA postings, etc.
  • Manage team travel arrangements, expense reports, and calendars
  • Support troubleshooting and day-to-day requests for the third-party background check provider
  • Provide support across the HR Operations team, including overflow support for HR Helpdesk
  • Create and update training materials and presentations for Compliance, Safety, and other HR Operations-related topics
  • Support Request for Proposal responses as needed
