About The Position

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Human Resources Manager to support and enhance our HR operations. This individual contributor role is ideal for a well-rounded HR professional who thrives in a hands-on environment, excels in building relationships across all levels of an organization, and brings strong expertise in HR best practices, compliance, and employee support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Five years of HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment regulations, compensation structures, benefits administration, training methods, and organizational planning principles.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create professional reports, correspondence, and personnel policies.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to answer questions and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and leaders across the organization.
  • Administer and support HR programs including compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead and support recruitment and onboarding initiatives to attract and retain talent.
  • Develop, update, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook content.
  • Prepare clear, accurate reports, business correspondence, and policy documentation.
  • Participate in organizational planning activities and provide guidance on workforce needs.
  • Conduct or coordinate employee training programs as needed.
  • Support internal investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution processes.
  • Deliver presentations and effectively communicate HR-related information to employees, supervisors, and leadership.
