About The Position

As the Human Resources Manager, you will be a hands-on leader responsible for executing the people strategy across our North American operations. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution, ensuring our technology-driven workforce is engaged, compliant, and high-performing. You will serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers in the U.S., Canada and Foreign offices, managing the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in SaaS / PropTech industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-jurisdictional HR matters and a deep understanding of both U.S. and Canadian labor standards.

Nice To Haves

  • HR certification (e.g., PHR/SPHR for the U.S. or CHRP/CHRL for Canada) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert for employment legislation across the United States (Federal/State), Canada (Federal/Provincial) and Foreign (National).
  • Ensure all policies, handbooks, and practices remain compliant with evolving regulations, including AI governance.
  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for technical and non-technical roles, from job design to offer negotiation.
  • Lead onboarding and integration programs to ensure new hires in Phoenix and remote Canadian locations are effectively embedded into our culture.
  • Serve as the "go-to" person for all employee-related issues, resolving conflicts and managing disciplinary procedures with empathy and discretion.
  • Partner with the CPO to foster a high-performance culture that prioritizes Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB).
  • Administer regional compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive within the technology sector.
  • Oversee performance management rhythms, moving beyond annual reviews to provide real-time coaching and continuous feedback.
  • Manage the HRIS to maintain data integrity and generate actionable people analytics for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with IT and Finance to streamline payroll processing and ensure secure data management across borders.
