As the Human Resources Manager at Piedmont Global, you will lead the company’s core HR operations with a focus on compliance, payroll, and employee lifecycle processes. This role ensures that all employee-related processes are accurate, compliant, and consistently executed, while also reinforcing a high-quality and scalable employee experience. You will play a key role in operationalizing the employee experience by ensuring that programs are delivered effectively, consistently, and in alignment with company standards. This position partners closely with HR Operations & Analytics Specialist, the People Operations Specialist, and the Director of Human Resources to ensure seamless execution across the employee lifecycle.
