About The Position

Covenant Aviation Security (CAS) has an opening for a Human Resources Manager at Denver International Airport CAS is the premier provider of transportation security services to a number of airport authorities, select airlines and the federal government. We are responsible for the day-to-day security functions aimed at protecting the traveling public and the airport as a whole. Join our Team and be part of this important mission! Essential Functions ü Administer, and oversee, all phases of personnel support in such areas as employment, employee/labor relations, training, benefit administration and record keeping ü Serve as a point of contact for HR related questions for internal and external customers ü Act as a liaison between employee and managers to resolve issues and complaints ü Conduct internal investigations and responds to complaints filed with outside agencies ü Work with all levels of management in addressing HR and employee relations issues ü Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and badging of CAS workforce assigned to the location ü Provide various general administrative support within the office

Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years old
  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or a related field, five (5) years’ experience in a Human resource administrative capacity may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
  • Possess of a state issued driver's license or a valid State Issued I.D. card
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
  • Must read, write, and speak English proficiently
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • General understanding of HR law as it relates to compensation, employee relations, training and safety, advanced Human Resource certification preferred
  • Must be results driven with the ability to take initiative and work in a fast paced environment
  • Must poses a high degree of integrity and ability to uphold confidentiality
  • Customer service orientation with the desire to respond to questions and resolve concerns
  • Must be neat, well-groomed and present a professional appearance

Nice To Haves

  • General understanding of HR law as it relates to compensation, employee relations, training and safety, advanced Human Resource certification preferred
