Oversee all Human Resource functions, including employee relations, recruiting, labor law compliance (EEOC, OSHA, etc.), payroll & benefits, & employee events. Will ensure high-volume staffing, foster a positive, safe, compliant & productive work environment including managing the relationship between employees & management. Will work cross-functional with our Environmental Safety Specialist on safe work environment processes. Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
