Manages and provides guidance to the Administrator, managers, and employees with human resources related issues. Understand and interpret policies and procedures, on HR laws including, but not limited to, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, worker’s compensation, etc. Manages all human resources functions for the Adult Rehabilitation Center including recruitment and staffing, new hire orientation, employee relations, worker’s compensation, and benefits. Assists center administrator, managers and employees with all human resources related issues.
