We are seeking a dedicated and strategic HR Manager to support and strengthen our growing workforce while helping to cultivate a positive, compliant, and people-centered workplace culture. The HR Manager plays a critical role in overseeing daily human resources operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting leadership in building a strong, engaged workforce. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to managers and staff, balancing operational excellence with a compassionate, employee-focused approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with HRIS systems (BambooHR preferred)
  • Experience with Workers Comp and Benefit Packages
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
  • A steady, solutions-focused leader who brings structure and clarity
  • Someone who can balance compliance with compassion
  • A professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
  • A team player who builds trust and strong working relationships across all levels

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, and compliance
  • Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws, including Medicaid and CARF-related standards
  • Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes in collaboration with People Services
  • Provide guidance and coaching to supervisors on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (BambooHR or similar platforms)
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and workforce initiatives
  • Support audits, accreditation processes, and internal quality improvement efforts
  • Promote a positive, trauma-informed workplace culture aligned with Quality Moments’ core values
