As the HR Manager, you will develop talent, organization and engagement strategies to ensure the HR function is at its strongest as we support the business priorities. To increase capacity and keep pace with the growing consumer demand for the products, General Mills made a significant investment to expand capacity for our beloved Fruit brands (Gushers and Fruit by the Foot). The plant has 450+ employees and supports both the MBS and Snacks Operating units with just under 500,000 sq ft of production and warehouse space. The Geneva HR Manager role has 4 direct reports and is a member of the Plant Leadership Team. This important role partners with leaders to drive culture, employee career development, performance management, calibration and retention.
