About The Position

We’re looking for a high-impact HR Manager who loves being close to the business, building relationships, coaching leaders, and helping teams perform at their best. This is not a “behind-the-scenes” HR role. You’ll be a visible, trusted partner to our field and office leaders — supporting everything from employee relations and performance coaching to compliance, onboarding, and retention strategy. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving people challenges, and know how to balance people-first leadership with business-forward execution, you’ll feel right at home here. The greater Denver market has relied on Plumbline HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical technicians since 1998 to respond quickly with professional and courteous service for a reasonable price without hidden fees. We aspire to deliver more than promised and to be a model of excellence in all we do. For Plumbline technicians and our office teams, leadership is a verb. We believe investing in our people by understanding that individuals bring their unique talents to work, so we make available continuing professional development that helps them live up to their full potential. We believe it is our blessing to give back to the community that has given us so much. We directly support a number of organizations and initiatives that make a positive impact so we’re helping families reach for and secure a more hopeful future. How Plumbline does business is more important than the business we do because, at heart, we are a service organization with a spirit to serve. When you join Plumbline Services, you’re not just joining a company — you’re joining a family. You’re joining a team of passionate and ambitious individuals who pride themselves on being the best.
