CommIT Enterprises, Inc. (CommIT) is seeking an experienced HR Manager to serve as a key member of our HR leadership team in Stafford, VA. This role operates as a peer HR Manager alongside existing HR leadership, sharing responsibility for supporting CommIT’s growing workforce, ensuring compliance with government contracting requirements, and advancing strategic HR initiatives aligned with the company’s operational and growth objectives. The HR Manager functions as a trusted advisor to leadership and managers across the organization, providing guidance on employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, and HR operations. This role requires the ability to operate both strategically and operationally, exercising independent judgment while collaborating closely with HR leadership to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the organization. Established in 2001, CommIT is a Certified Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) providing innovative technical engineering and data science services. Our enterprise systems support includes the Department of Defense’s (DoD) GCSS-MC, CAC2S, TBMCS-MC, and the Department of Veteran’s Affairs’ (VA) telehealth communications.
