About The Position

As Human Resources Manager, you will lead the full spectrum of HR strategy and operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll oversight, compliance, organizational development, training, and safety.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience
  • 5+ years leading an HR team

Nice To Haves

  • PHR Certification
  • Manufacturing industry HR leadership experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees
  • Lead and develop the HR team
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Drive recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Oversee employee relations, investigations, and performance management
  • Lead compensation planning, market reviews, and profit-sharing administration
  • Manage benefits administration and 401(k) vendor relationships
  • Oversee bi-weekly payroll accuracy and HRIS integrity
  • Guide leaders in coaching, performance management, talent development, and career growth planning, including policy administration
  • Maintain EEO, OSHA, and affirmative action compliance reporting
