• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations • Develop and deliver training materials and performance management programs to help ensure our staff and associates understand their job responsibilities. • Investigate associate issues, conflicts, and other policy violations while delivering disciplinary and termination outcomes. • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation coaching and guidance. • Training, counseling, and coaching our staff • Drive workforce analytics, insights, and reporting to support the development, execution, and ongoing refinement of the company’s workforce plan • Investigate associate issues, conflicts, and other policy violations while delivering disciplinary and termination outcomes. • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation coaching and guidance. • Conduct daily walks throughout the entire facility, interact with all levels of employees, gain insights into areas for improvement, and proactively share feedback to the leadership team • Create and maintain a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of the associate population. • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance • Maintain HR systems and processes • Conduct performance and salary reviews • Provide support and guidance to HR staff
