Craft is seeking an experienced HR Manager who is personable, grounded, and highly competent. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for all HR matters, balancing employee advocacy with company compliance and operational needs. The ideal candidate is: Easy to talk to and welcoming Calm, confident, and emotionally intelligent Clear and concise when explaining policies, payroll, benefits, and performance processes Comfortable being firm when required Resourceful and proactive in finding answers independently Because this is a standalone HR role, 3–5+ years of hands-on HR experience is required. This role will not have any other positions to support it (no HR Generalist of Director).
