Human Resources Manager

Pinnacle Environmental Management SupportGreensboro, NC
$70,000 - $85,000Hybrid

About The Position

Thirty years of being the firm that gets called when it matters. Fifty-five people. Trusted by some of the largest names in energy, environmental engineering, and fuel retail. Now we are entering our next chapter. Evolving how we operate from the inside out. Not by chasing trends, but by strengthening the foundation: our people, our processes, and the platforms that support them. This is a company that has earned its place in the room. And is now building the next version of itself with intention. Not a startup. But building with the clarity, urgency, and accountability of one. If you want to help shape what comes next, and do it in a way that puts people at the center, keep reading. We are looking for an HR Manager who wants to do more than maintain systems. You will help build and refine them. This role is an important part of how our company evolves. As we grow and adapt, we need someone who can bring clarity to how people succeed here: how they are onboarded, developed, supported, and held accountable. You will partner closely with leadership to turn good intentions into consistent, scalable practices. Helping ensure that how we operate internally matches the standard we deliver to our clients. Building systems designed for people to thrive in, not just navigate. Clear paths for growth, precise roles and expectations, and the kind of clarity that removes friction instead of adding to it. It looks like strengthening how we onboard, train, and develop our team, while simplifying processes and improving the tools that support the work. In short, it is about aligning our people, our processes, and our platforms so our team can do their best work. And grow with the company as it evolves.
