As a Human Resources Manager, you will lead our HR department and collaborate with various departments to create and implement effective HR strategies. Your innovative ideas and solutions will contribute to employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and employee relations. With your strong communication and interpersonal skills, you will build relationships with our diverse workforce and provide guidance and support on HR matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years HR experience
  • Strong and effective communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and advise property management according to employment laws of jurisdiction
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
  • Strong employment law, recruiting and retention background a must
  • Ability to manage a diversified workforce
  • Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality and common sense
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment and remain flexible to constant change

Nice To Haves

  • Prior hotel experience preferred
  • Experience with Affirmative Action helpful
