Requirements

• Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and safety regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Problem-solving mindset and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with warehouse operational goals
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for warehouse staff
• Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment
• Administer payroll, benefits, and performance management programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and workforce planning
• Promote health and safety initiatives within the warehouse
