We are looking for a self-motivated individual who will be responsible for administering and managing all Human Resources activities including Benefits Administration, Payroll Processing, Employee Engagement and other daily activities of the Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Administering and managing all Human Resources activities including Benefits Administration, Payroll Processing, Employee Engagement and other daily activities of the Human Resources
• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
