The manager will drive employee engagement strategies to position Technimark as an employer of choice, ensuring HR programs align with business priorities and monitoring their effectiveness. The role requires balancing corporate, function, and business needs in deploying HR programs and collaborating closely with the broader HR team for successful program implementation and sustainability. The manager also advises and partners with management on compliance matters. The role emphasizes building great teams through talent sourcing, feedback, coaching, and development, thinking customer-first by understanding market trends and client needs, leveraging effective communication, setting strategic direction with a focus on business strategy and financial acumen, driving innovation through creativity and smart risk-taking, and embracing change by fostering agility and accountability.
