SOCOTEC is looking for a well-organized Human Resources Manager, who can be based out of either our, Fort Lauderdale office or Miami office. This savvy HR Professional will work closely with the corporate teams to ensure the smooth implementation of HR practices and procedures, execute best-in-class employee focus programs, and develop initiatives that motivate the people who drive our business. SOCOTEC is a company that is continuously growing and expanding, and this role will be key to ensuring that integrating companies are smoothly brought together under the SOCOTEC umbrella. In addition to communicating and overseeing national integration of office standards, duties include training and development of employees, compensation and benefits, work safety, and overseeing the administrative staff.
