The Human Resources Manager is a mid-level HR professional responsible for providing consistent, day-to-day HR operations and staff support. This role ensures compliance with employment regulations, strengthens onboarding and employee relations practices, and reduces operational risk, allowing school leadership to focus on instructional quality and strategic priorities. This position is well-suited for an HR professional with experience in a school, nonprofit, or similarly regulated environment who values both systems-building and people-centered work.
