This role owns the tactical and operational backbone of HR across Solen and its portfolio companies. This role is deeply hands-on and execution-oriented, responsible for compensation administration, processing job offers, payroll and benefits operations, performance process administration, employee relations, terminations, and OpCo onboarding and transitions. You will partner closely with Finance, Legal, Operating Partners, and OpCo leadership to ensure consistency, accuracy, and speed across a growing multi-entity environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, process, and follow-through. Some responsibilities of the role will be dependent on the candidates experience level. A disciplined HR operator who values accuracy, compliance, and consistency. Comfortable owning complex, multi-entity HR execution across a portfolio. Calm and professional handling sensitive employee matters. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven. Strong cross-functional partner to Finance and Legal.
