Job Summary: The primary responsibility of the Human Resources Manager is to provide leadership and management of key human resource functions. The position will be responsible for leading change management including involvement in the design, management and implementation of key human resources programs. The position will also be responsible for defining and interpreting policies and procedures as well as providing human resources administration and support to employees and managers.
