Requirements

  • Five (+) years of HR experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance requirements, and modern HR best practices.
  • Proven experience managing employee relations issues with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to support a diverse workforce while ensuring consistent application of policies and compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex problems.

Nice To Haves

  • PHR or SPHR certification
  • Experience with Workday HRIS

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to facility managers and leadership, providing guidance on employee relations matters and ensuring consistent, fair, and compliant application of company policies and procedures.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team, aligning with managers to assess workforce needs and implement efficient, cost-effective hiring strategies.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to build and strengthen partnerships with local agencies, universities, and vocational schools to expand talent pipelines and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Provide comprehensive HR support across key areas including compensation, compliance, talent development, succession planning, performance management, and employee retention.
  • Implement and communicate corporate and regional HR programs, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Foster a positive employee relations environment by balancing organizational needs with employee engagement, fairness, and transparency.
  • Demonstrate and promote a strong safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and supporting a safe, respectful workplace.
  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret HR metrics and KPIs to identify trends, improve decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Apply lean thinking and HR best practices to identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency.
