About The Position

Lead and execute human resources functions for Revive Home Brands including Revive Manufacturing and The Kitchenworks locations. Provide leadership and consultation to management and employees that promote and support the company’s values: Humility First, Serve People, Own It and Eternal Focus. Direct and coordinate human resources activities including recruiting, onboarding payroll and benefit administration, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Five or more years of progressive HR experience including recruiting, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred).
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Valid driver's license to operate personal and company vehicle.

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to understand the organization’s long-term mission and goals, identifying ways to support the mission through talent management.
  • Responsible for the development, implementation and administration of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all Federal and State employment laws.
  • Oversee the full talent lifecycle by partnering with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, manage recruiting and interviewing processes, administer pre-employment requirements, facilitate onboarding and orientation, support employee development, and conduct exit interviews.
  • Administer payroll and benefits processes including HRIS management (Paylocity), employee status and pay changes, timecard and pay register review, benefit coordination, FMLA administration, and reconciliation of PTO and benefit programs.
  • Drive performance management and training initiatives by refining review processes, coaching supervisors, coordinating leadership and employee training programs, and implementing continuous process improvements.
  • Promote employee engagement and internal communication by planning and executing company meetings and events, managing recognition programs, coordinating employee surveys, and overseeing company-wide communications across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reporting including employment verifications, documentation management, reporting, and participation in leadership and operational meetings.
