Position Summary: We’re looking for a People Partner to join our U.S. Power Systems business, supporting the Mankato manufacturing team. This is a strategic HR role where you’ll partner with leaders to deliver people strategies that enable business success and create an exceptional employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 5+ years experience.
  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 3+ years experience.
  • PhD/JD In lieu of degree, 9+ years experience in HR, Business Administration or related field
  • In order to be considered for this role, you must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of HR experience, ideally as a People Partner or HR Business Partner.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience supporting non-union populations in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
  • Drive employee engagement and foster an inclusive, respectful workplace.
  • Lead talent and succession planning for critical roles, ensuring diversity and readiness for future leadership needs.
  • Coach managers on performance management and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and Rolls-Royce policies, promoting ethical practices and data privacy.
