IP Pathways is seeking a hands-on Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead and manage all aspects of the HR function. This role is responsible for driving HR strategy while also executing day-to-day HR operations. The HR Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, oversee employee relations and compliance, and ensure a positive and engaging employee experience. This role also manages the recruiting function, including direct oversight of a Recruiter, while remaining actively involved in hiring for key and leadership roles.
