Ecolab is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Joliet, IL to join its Human Resources Team. The Human Resources Manager will partner with operations to build and maintain employee culture and function as a change agent related to any employee related initiatives. This person will have responsibility for over 400 full time and temporary employees across two locations in Joliet, Illinois, over 300 of which are union, leading a Sr HR Rep I. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Provide expert employee and labor relations advice and coaching to employees and management, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration Talent Management Monitor and cultivate bench strength, identify high potential talent, oversee career pathing, and manage development initiatives Assess current and future talent needs and work with the Talent Acquisition team on proactively developing strategies and plans to ensure a robust talent pipeline Play a critical role in selecting and hiring for operations key positions, actively promoting Ecolab as an employer of choice Manage and develop an HR team that provides oversight for the Joliet location.
