The Human Resources Leader for KION North America is responsible to build talent strategies which directly contribute and enable the overall mission and strategy. Provides direction and vision related to end-to-end people related topics, processes, and engagement for competitive advantages in the industry and is the direct HR business partner to KION North America CEO and executive leadership team. In our highly matrixed KION Group global environment this role serves as a key member of both the KION North America leadership team and KION Group extended HR leadership team, accountable to ensure HR strategy for KNA is in alignment with overall HR strategy for KION Group. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 at the time of posting.
