HR Business Partner – Aero JV: This global role leads a team of 11 HR professionals and supports the Aero JV business of 800 employees across 4 sites. The role is responsible for driving business success by shaping HR Strategy aligned to business needs, strengthening organizational effectiveness and building leadership capability. HRBP will support and advise senior leaders focusing on workforce planning, change management, organizational capability development and organizational effectiveness. This role will report to the Aero JV CEO and will lead the Aero JV HR team in support of and partnership with leaders and teams across the business.
