Human Resources Investigator is responsible for assisting with the prompt, thorough, and impartial investigation of employee complaints and workplace concerns. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with employment laws, organizational policies, and best practices related to employee relations. The Human Resources Investigator will work closely with the Chief People Officer and the Legal team to conduct legally defensible investigation into allegations such as harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, and policy violations. This position requires discretion, sound judgement, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
